Bookings are made via WhatsApp or the contact form on this website. A booking is final once you receive our written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) with the trip, date and pick-up time.
Prices are per person in euros unless stated otherwise. Payment is made on the day of the trip, in cash (EUR/USD/EGP) or by card where available. Discounts (such as the two-trip discount) are applied at payment.
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your trip. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up at the agreed pick-up time and place, may be charged in full.
Itineraries, departure times and stops may be adjusted due to weather, sea conditions or instructions from local authorities. Wildlife sightings (dolphins, turtles, dugongs) are natural events and cannot be guaranteed. If we must cancel a trip entirely, you receive a full refund or a free alternative date.
Please follow the instructions of your guide, captain and instructor at all times. Inform us in advance of medical conditions, pregnancy or limited swimming ability. Participation in all activities is at your own risk; we provide certified guides, life jackets and safety briefings on every trip.
Children are welcome on most trips and must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Masali Adventures is liable only for direct damage caused by proven negligence on our part, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law. We are not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings brought on trips.
