We use these details only to answer your questions, arrange your booking and organise hotel pick-up. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy. We recommend not sharing sensitive documents in the chat unless we ask for them for a booking.
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. It does not use advertising cookies and does not require an account. Basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Photos of guests are only published on our website or social media with the guest's permission.
We keep booking correspondence only as long as needed for the booking and our administration. You can ask us at any time to view or delete the personal data we hold about you — send us a message via WhatsApp or the contact form and we will take care of it.
